Mesha Holliday,MA, LCSW, ADC
Mesha Holliday, the Owner of C.A.T.S. – Change Agent Therapeutic Services PLLC. Is a native of
Pine Bluff, AR. Possessing a MSW (Master of Social Work) obtained from Walden University, as
well as a MA in Addiction Studies from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. She is currently
licensed to practice therapy on the master’s level in AR, TX, IA, KS, and MO and independently in
AR, TX, IA, and MN.
Additionally, she is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor in the state of AR. Mesha has
been licensed to practice since September 2020, and has worked with a variety of populations
to include but not limited to adults, children (+4), adolescents (in the community and
adjudicated), couples, and geriatric, populations; in individual and group settings.
